Delivery Information:

• • Estimated delivery time is provided on the shipping page. Please note that this is an estimate and depends on our shipping partners.
  • Delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners. While we cannot be held liable for any delays by the courier company or postal authorities, we will assist in tracking your package.
  • Orders may be shipped from different locations and may arrive in multiple packages. However, you will only be charged one delivery fee for the entire order.
  • Once your order ships, we will send you tracking details via email.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Details:

• • COD is not a trial option. Payment must be made upon receiving the order. Refusal of a COD order will result in the deactivation of the COD option for future orders.
  • COD may not be available in some pin codes. If this occurs, we will contact you with alternative options.
  • For any COD-related queries, please reach out to our customer helpline via WhatsApp.

Special Delivery Requests:

• • For time-sensitive deliveries, please email us and leave a note in your order about the requested delivery time. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee exact timings.

Shipping Partners:

• • We partner with trusted logistics providers such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees Shipping to ensure safe delivery across India.
  • In areas where our logistics partners do not service, we will contact you to find an alternative delivery solution.

Cancellations:

• • For order cancellations, please email us within 4 hours of placing your order.
  • Orders that have already shipped or are in transit cannot be canceled. Refunds will not be processed if an order is canceled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed delivery attempts.

International Shipping:

• • Stay tuned for international shipping, coming soon to Craft Farm!
  • Please note, Craft Farm does not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
