Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy- Craft Farm


At Craft Farm, we take pride in delivering high-quality, beautifully crafted products with care. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions mentioned below.

1. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.

To claim a refund or replacement, you must provide a video of the package being opened as proof of damage or incorrect delivery.

The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Personalized products are strictly non-returnable.

Replacement Process

If a replacement is approved, we will process and deliver the new product within 7 days.

Return & Refund Process

If a return is approved, the product will be picked up within 4-7 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, online banking) within 10-14 working days.

Non-Returnable Cases

No opening video = No return eligibility.

Returns are strictly for damaged or incorrect items only.

If the product was delivered correctly but is no longer needed, customers may place a return request, but it will be processed on a chargeable basis.

No return and refund for customized orders


2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement.

Once an order is shipped or packed, cancellation is not possible.

For COD orders, repeated non-acceptance may lead to restrictions on future purchases

No cancellation for customized orders post 24 hours
